Library Membership
Free to all residents of the Pen Argyl Area School District, including Pen Argyl, Wind Gap, and Plainfield Township; $12.00 per year for those living outside of our service area.
Lending Period
Two weeks. All items must be returned by closing time on their scheduled due date.
Checking Out
The patron must present his/her library card to check out items. If a library card is lost, the patron must pay $3 to replace it.
Borrowing Limits
You are allowed 5 items per library card (2 items may be new)
Renewal
Return the items to the library before or on the due date to renew. New items with yellow stickers may not be renewed. Each item, unless new, may be renewed once if no other patron has placed a reserve on it. Renewals may be done by telephone.
Overdue Fines
Late fines are currently being waived.
Book Reserves
Materials may be placed on reserve at no cost. When contacted about an available book that had been placed on reserve, the patron has three library business days to check it out. Book reserves may be placed by telephone.
